If you have been reading our team blog you have seen that God is working and exciting things are happening. It's been a few weeks now since I started a Bible study with K. She is the lady that we met in the park on October, and showed up at our door about 2 months later. She is really excited to know more and I'm excited to hear her questions as we read the Bible together.
Last week LeRoy had his first Bible study with a friend of his that has become close to our family. R says he wants what we have, the peace he sees in us.
Pray that God will continue to work through us into these people's lives. It's not our doing that exciting things are happening, but only God's work.
Another note...we have our annual staff retreat this week and we are SO EXCITED for a different pace for 5 days. Sessions, worship, fun, connecting, etc...the kids too are super excited for their session times and the pool of course:)
